Kamaz says finishes 1st fully Russia-made K5 generation truck

MOSCOW, Nov 21 (PRIME) -- Truck producer Kamaz has produced the first fully Russia-made dump truck of the K5 generation and will send it to the research and development center of the company soon, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

"We have assembled the first anti-sanction dump truck of the K5 generation at the car plant. Kamaz 6595 has rolled off the production line, has passed tests on the equipment and commission line," the statement read.

The company said that the production of the cars was suspended for a year, while the model was of a high degree of local manufacturing.
